Carpenter Position:
Aspire Constructions has an opening for an experienced carpenter to join our award winning team.As a multi award winning building company our clients expect the best, and that is what we give them. This is why we are after a high quality Carpenter that will fit in with our values as an award winning company and support our Site Foremen. A few things we value as a business and will be basing our decision to hire on are: Attitude,Skill, integrity, professionalism, punctuality, honesty, communications skills and presentation.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:
We love what we do and we value people, both our clients and our team members.This is why we strive to do good work and make the entire building process stress free for clients and our team. We do not usually work weekends as we want our team to have a life outside of work.

We build from the ground up – demo to handover, high end architecturally designed projects where attention to detail is essential. High skill level from ground up carpentry is a must for this role. As we are a custom high end building firm – we are looking for someone that has experience in such things as; Skills in site prep, Basic form-work, All sorts of framework –cutting frames and roofs onsite, Pitch roofs flat roofs, even roof sheeting - Internal work such as doors, skirtings and architraves and installing joinery items such as timber windows, large pivot doors etc. – good experience in all facets of carpentry and building.

START: We are looking for someone to start – 14th August

Junior Apprentice Position:
JUNIOR APPRENTICE POSITION AVAILABLE - 3rd / 4th year! Minimum 2nd year  NO NEW APPRENTICES.


Aspire Constructions a multi-award winning high-end construction company specializing in architectural new homes and renovations. We are a BUILDING Construction company and you will be doing everything from Demo to Finish - not just frames and trusses!

We have an opening for a JUNIOR APPRENTICE to join our multi-award winning team ASAP!

***This is a JUNIOR APPRENTICE position only - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE AN ADULT APPRENTICE - YOU MUST HAVE STARTED YOUR APPRENTICESHIP BEFORE 21 YEARS OF AGE***


3rd/4th year apprentice position
NO 1ST / NEW APPRENTICE APPLICATIONS - MUST BE AT LEAST 2nd YEAR JUNIOR.

PAY: We pay industry standard rates with all overtime, allowances, holiday, sick, super, workers comp, Christmas bonuses, and to the right apprentice that shows potential and good work ethic we make pay increases and pay above the award rates.

(We don’t work usually weekends, as I want my guys to have a life.)

MUST HAVE: Good attitude, license and vehicle, basic tools, non-smoker preferred (or please note if you do smoke that there is 100% no smoking on the job at all including before or after / around the site)
