This project involved the construction of a new three-storey home, alongside a major renovation of the existing lap pool and the addition of structural landscaping and a pool house. Positioned to capture stunning views across Shipwrights Bay and towards Tom Uglys Bridge, the home has been thoughtfully designed to maximise both space and outlook.

The basement level features a wine cellar, laundry, gym, bathroom and powder room. The ground floor includes expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, complemented by a butler’s pantry, office, workshop, cinema room, powder room and double garage.

The first floor accommodates four bedrooms, a luxurious master suite complete with an oversized walk-through dressing room and impressive ensuite, as well as an additional bathroom and powder room.
