This architecturally designed residence in Freshwater comprises two separate buildings connected by a landscaped courtyard featuring a swimming pool, pond and timber boardwalk. The rear building houses the main living quarters, including three bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, while the front three-storey building contains self-contained guest accommodation with a full kitchen, lift access and a basement garage.

The project involved the construction of multiple interconnected structures, extensive landscaping and high-end architectural detailing, requiring careful coordination between building and outdoor spaces to create a cohesive and functional residential development. The result is a sophisticated coastal home that seamlessly integrates luxury living, guest accommodation and outdoor entertaining areas.
