This project involved the comprehensive renovation of an existing five-bedroom luxury residence, including the removal of load-bearing walls to create improved living spaces, the construction of a new bathroom, complete refurbishment of an existing bathroom, new timber flooring, bespoke joinery and a full internal and external repaint.

Additional works included the restoration and rectification of sandstone walls, installation of glass dividing walls, renovation of the existing pool and surrounding surfaces, and remediation works to address rising damp and efflorescence issues. The project also incorporated the upgrade and reprogramming of the home's electrical and lighting automation systems.

Delivered within an occupied, high-end residence, the renovation required meticulous planning and protection of existing finishes while seamlessly integrating new works into the established home. The result is a thoughtfully modernised residence that enhances functionality, comfort and longevity while preserving the quality and character of the original property.
