Summer Hill

This project involved a substantial extension and renovation of an existing residence, significantly increasing both the home's living space and functionality. The works included the construction of a new first-floor addition comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, creating a dedicated accommodation zone and expanding the home's capacity for modern family living.

At ground level, a rear extension was constructed to provide a new open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, along with a new laundry. Designed to improve the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, the extension created generous family and entertaining areas while enhancing natural light and overall flow throughout the home.

In addition to the new construction, the existing portions of the residence were renovated and integrated with the extension works to create a cohesive finished result.
