Whale Beach

This project involved the complete reconstruction of an existing balcony as part of a broader refurbishment of the home. Following a detailed assessment, a new balcony system was designed and constructed incorporating a custom waterproofing and drainage solution to provide long-term durability and protection.

In addition to the balcony reconstruction, the works included the installation of new timber balustrades, replacement of all sliding doors, a new kitchen, new timber flooring and a full internal and external repaint. The result is a refreshed and modernised home, combining improved building performance with high-quality finishes throughout.
