2015 n.s.w master builders award submissions

We are proud to showcase our 2 projects that we will be submitting this year for the 2015 NSW Master Builders Association awards. Here's hoping for another double win!

Our Alexandria project was a terrace home renovation and addition of a round studio room out back...affectionately dubbed "the man cave". This project had many obstacles to overcome including a tree protection zone and pre-existing flooding issue. Our team did exceedingly well. We are very proud of the finished project and so are the clients. A full write up of this project including photo's can be found here.

Our Mosman project whilst smaller in size in terms of work - still proved to be tricky. The clients purchased this beautiful home in the leafy suburb of Mosman, yet wanted to add there personal touch. Our team had to carefully renovate a kitchen, bathrooms, new timber flooring, rectify defects and renovate the pool. All this work had to be completed whilst protecting the house! We had to secure the rest of the house at each stage from dust and damage using our carefully planned Protection Management System. In the end it was all worth it as this beautiful house turned into the dream home the clients wanted. The full write up and photo's of this project can be found here.
