Your Role as Site Foreman/Carpenter:
We build from the ground up – demo to handover, high end architecturally designed projects where attention to detail is essential. 

• Day to day running of site (new home or large extension/reno) -- 30% management to 70% on the tools
• Weekly programs
• Working on site hands on as lead carpenter, formwork, set out, steel fixing, concreting, framework, structural steel, roofing, cladding, fitout etc.
• Booking trades and running trades onsite – experience with managing difference trades
• Ordering materials according to programs to ensure the site runs smoothly
• Assisting director (Jake) with hiring trades and sorting out scope of works
• Answering directly to Jake (no one above you)

As we are a custom high end building firm – we are looking for someone that has experience in such things as; Skills in site prep, Basic form-work, All sorts of framework –cutting frames and roofs onsite, Pitch roofs flat roofs, even roof sheeting - Internal work such as doors, skirtings and architraves and installing joinery items such as timber windows, large pivot doors etc. – good experience in all facets of carpentry and building.

This year we took out a double win for our Balgownie project. Our boy Aaron did an amazing job running this job and this gave us our 5th year of consecutive award wins for our projects through the Master Builders Association of NSW.

This project won the South East Regional Master Builders award back in June and then more recently at the end of August we took home the win at the state awards.

Held again at the beautiful The Star Casino downtown, the boys had a great time celebrating a great achievement for our company.  Well done Team on another deserving win.

What a year so far!

Earlier this year some of the boys enjoyed being involved with a great initiative RIDE AROUND THE LAKE - "Ride Around the Lake is Illawarra’s own recreational Cycle for Charity. The ride takes place in May each year... The ride is about ‘breaking the cycle’ of youth at risk of homelessness, by raising awareness and funds for Lighthouse Youth Initiative." The boys rode the 40km circuit around Lake Illawarra and the surrounding suburbs.

In other news... we recently submitted our Balgownie Project into the South East Regional Master Builders Association Awards for 2016. Our boy Aaron did an amazing job running this project for Team Aspire and the end product was awesome. Thanks to Sarah over at Birdblack Design for bringing us in on this project.

We took a nice little road trip down to Ulladulla where the gala night was held in Ulladulla and we memorable night...especially since we picked up the win for the Balgownie project!! Well done Aaron and the boys who worked on this project. This is our 5th consecutive year of award winning for Aspire Constructions.

We've also submitted this project into the NSW Master Builder Association awards which the gala night will be held at The Star Casino in August. Good luck to the team for hopefully a double win this year!

Works have commenced on our project over at Blakehurst on the water. This is going to be one stunning home.

On August 29th 2015 the team joined many talented builders from around the state as we all descended upon The Star Casino precinct for the annual 2015 Master Builders of NSW Assoc Gala night.

Congratulations to the team as we cleaned up again this year! Taking home both awards for the 2 projects we submitted. Our MOSMAN project for upto $150,000 additions/extensions/renovations

and our ALEXANDRIA project for $450,000 to $550,000 additions/extensions/renovations.

What a great achievement from all our team as we have now won awards consecutively 4 years in a row!
